Alert: Sample Pot Drop Off Time - 8am to 2pm

If a GP has requested a sample from you please note this must be dropped off at the surgery before 2pm for our last collection.
We are open from 8am.

Please make sure the sample pot is in the bag with the paperwork provided by the practice and the labels have been attached to the pot for identification purposes.

If you are unable to drop off before 2 pm the sample can be taken directly to the Path Lab at Tameside Hospital.
