You may need vaccinations when travelling to certain countries. Vaccination appointments must be administered at least two weeks before your travel in order for the vaccines to work effectively. Not all vaccines are available through the NHS, vaccines that are ordered on a private prescription will incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge.
